ARServices is seeking an experienced Human Resources and Personnel Analyst to provide Advisory and Assistance Services to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role focuses on HR management, personnel actions, awards, and strategic workforce planning within the DoD environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years of DoD HR experience.
• Experience with USAF/Army HR management and personnel systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain progress and data reports for HR actions and awards.
• Coordinate with DTRA Personnel Directorate on staffing and awards.
• Use spreadsheets and databases to track vacancies, hires, and performance data.
• Produce executive-level HR reports and briefings.
• Support strategic workforce planning and priority analyses.
