Job summary

ARServices is seeking an experienced Human Resources and Personnel Analyst to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to the DTRA RD Directorate. The role focuses on HR management, personnel actions, and awards while contributing to strategic workforce planning.

The candidate will track Military and Government Civilian workforce matters, support analysis of workforce priorities, and assist in implementing RD’s Strategic Workforce Plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of DoD HR experience.
• Experience in Joint, USAF, or Army HR Management.
• Experience with USAF and Army personnel systems and policies.
• Demonstrated experience managing Human Resources functions.
• Experience writing and editing Military and Government Civilian personnel performance reports and awards.
• Highly effective communicator (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Maintain progress reports, records, and statistical reports.
• Coordinate with DTRA Personnel Directorate and Department leadership to track and manage Military and Government Civilian workforce matters, including performance reports, Military requisitions, Civilian hiring actions/processes, and both Military and Government Civilian awards.
• Utilize spreadsheets and databases for Workforce/Human Resources functions, including vacancies, hiring actions, personnel, awards, budgeting, and performance reports.
• Analyze tasks, coordinate tracking, and manage responses to external and internal tasks.
• Utilize Enterprise Task Management Software and Microsoft SharePoint to facilitate personnel actions and awards.
• Regularly brief the client regarding Human Resources actions, status updates, and inputs to tasks and/or awards.
• Consolidate HR actions as organized responses and submit on behalf of the Department.
• Consolidate raw data for executive documents, briefings, and reports.
• Consult directly with Department SES-level leadership.
• Support strategic workforce planning and development of workforce investment goals.
• All other duties as assigned.
