Job summary

ARServices is seeking a seasoned Human Resources and Personnel Analyst to provide Advisory and Assistance Services to the DTRA Research & Development Directorate. The role focuses on HR management, personnel actions, and awards, while contributing to strategic workforce planning.

The analyst will handle military and government civilian workforce matters, track actions, and support RD’s Strategic Workforce Plan, coordinating with senior leaders and using SharePoint for action processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of DoD HR experience.
• Experience in Joint, USAF, or Army HR Management.
• Experience with USAF and Army personnel systems and policies.
• Demonstrated experience managing Human Resources functions.
• Experience writing and editing Military and Government Civilian personnel performance reports and awards.
• Highly effective communicator (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Maintain progress reports, records, and statistical reports.
• Coordinate with DTRA Personnel Directorate and Department leadership to track and manage Military and Government Civilian workforce matters, including performance reports, Military requisitions, Civilian hiring actions/processes, and both Military and Government Civilian awards.
• Utilize spreadsheets and databases for workforce HR functions such as vacancies, hiring actions, awards, budgeting, and performance reports.
• Analyze tasks, coordinate tracking, and manage responses to external/internal tasks.
• Regularly brief the client regarding HR actions, status updates, and inputs to tasks/awards.
• Consolidate HR actions as organized responses for executive review and approval.
