Edge Case Research seeks a Director of Strategic Growth – Defense Services to lead strategic growth, capture, and market expansion across DoW and related defense domains. You will guide knowledge-based advisory services and engineering capabilities for Army modernization challenges, shaping opportunities and delivering compelling mission-focused solutions.

The role requires deep DoD understanding, a proven BD and capture track record, and the ability to establish credibility with senior Army

Qualifications

• Extensive federal BD experience and proven growth track record.
• Ability to build and manage capture pipelines and opportunity strategies.
• Experience with DoD acquisition pathways and OTAs.
• Strong relationships with Army DoW stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for Department of War (DoW).
• Identify and shape opportunities across DoW mission areas.
• Build account plans, mapping, and capture strategies.
• Maintain relationships with DoW decision-makers and partners.
• Translate market data into actionable capture plans and early shaping strategies.
