Job summary

Wingbrace is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth across DoD customers including the Air Force, Space Force, Army, and Navy. Travel up to 30% is required; a Bachelor's Degree is required, with 8+ years in federal government or DoD growth roles.

Qualifications

• Recent government sales experience
• Territory development and hunting mentality
• Ability to pass Sales Director test
• Basic understanding of technology
• Identify client pain and map opportunities
• Active security clearance will be required

Responsibilities

• Own annual revenue, pipeline, and activity goals with CEO
• Develop strategic account and territory growth plans
• Identify, qualify, shape, and pursue DoD opportunities
• Engage with government decision makers and program managers
• Lead pursuits from identification to contract award
• Maintain CRM with accurate opportunity data
• Support proposals with win themes and customer insights
