Job summary

Spry Methods is seeking a senior DoD financial analyst to support PM MAGTF C2 financial management and PPBE cycle execution. You will drive daily/weekly reporting, FAR generation in DAI, and comprehensive cost-benefit analyses to inform budgeting decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering DoD financial execution and budget analysis.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily and weekly MAGTF C2 financial execution and provide execution reports with analysis of all changes.
• Generate FARs and process them through the DAI iProcurement module; track budget execution against the Budget Plan and OSD execution benchmarks.
• Perform financial, cost, and budget formulation analysis for POM planning — variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and funding shortfall assessment.
• Deliver audit, ad hoc, and RFI reporting, including reconciliation of dormant and abnormal accounts, often on short turnaround.
• Analyze fiscal year closeout and startup procedures and recommend improvements to the Government.
