Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC seeks a Financial Management (Functional Team Lead) to support a DoD customer at Fort Detrick, MD. The role requires 6–8 years’ relevant experience, ACEIT proficiency, and advanced data/reporting skills using Excel and PowerPoint.

The candidate must handle PPBE processes, SPAR/POM activities, and cost estimation support, with access to SECRET level briefings. Public benefits include a 401K plan, comprehensive insurance, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six to eight (6-8) years’ of relevant experience.
• Must be proficient with ACEIT.
• Advanced in techniques to customize toolbars, import/insert graphs, embed Excel data, and elaborate reports, customize templates and PowerPoint environment.
• Must understand databases and be able to work with charts and use Excel list management capabilities.
• Must develop and inform financial schedules supporting life cycle cost estimation and contribute to acquisition documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial management support within the DoD PPBE process.
• Apply laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to DoD program requirements.
• Support SPAR, POM builds, and spend plans for DoD appropriations (RDT&E; Procurement; Operations and Maintenance).
• Ensure requirements align with strategic objectives.
• Develop financial schedules to support life cycle cost estimation and related deliverables.
• Access classified information and attend classified briefings at SECRET level.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
