Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Financial Management (Functional Team Lead) to provide support for our government customer in Frederick, MD at Fort Detrick Army Base. The role focuses on DoD PPBE processes, cost estimation, and lifecycle planning, with access to SECRET level briefings as required.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 6–8 years of relevant experience, and strong ACEIT and Excel/PowerPoint capabilities to develop schedules and reports for SPAR/POM

Qualifications

• Minimum of six to eight (6-8) years' of relevant experience.
• Proficient with ACEIT.
• Advanced in customizing toolbars, import and insert graphs, embed Excel data, and elaborate reports; customize templates and the PowerPoint environment.
• Strong understanding of databases and ability to work with charts and Excel list management.
• Ability to develop and inform financial schedules that support life cycle cost estimation and acquisition documentation (long-range planning, SPAR/POM).

Responsibilities

• Provide financial management support within the realm of the DoD's PPBE process.
• Apply laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to requirements involving program life cycle goals and objectives.
• Support SPAR, POM builds, and spend plans for DoD appropriations (RDT&E, Procurement, O&M).
• Ensure requirements align with strategic objectives.
• Assist Product Managers and Cost Analysts with standard cost estimating techniques (LCCE, LCSP and other DoD methodologies).
• Access classified information and attend classified briefings at the SECRET level.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
