Job summary

Montcure, LLC seeks a Financial Management Specialist II to support the PM MAGTF C2 Program Office. You will manage PPBE activities, track budgets, and build Excel-based models to inform program decisions.

The role requires DoD financial expertise, security clearance, and collaboration with leadership. Responsibilities include budget execution, spend plans, and audit support, with daily interface to Cerberus, PIEE, DAI, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance is required.
• At least 6 years of DoD financial management experience including budget execution and analysis.
• Working knowledge of PPBE process and budget development.
• Advanced Excel skills to build/maintain financial models for analyses.
• Ability to prepare concise PowerPoint briefings for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support PPBE process across planning, programming, budgeting, and execution.
• Perform financial analyses, including variance, cost-benefit, and trade-offs; build Excel models and PowerPoint reports.
• Assist with spend plans development and maintenance.
• Provide audit and reporting support; reconcile accounts and provide RFI responses.
