Job summary

Montcure LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Management Specialist II to provide financial execution and analysis for the PM MAGTF C2 program office at Quantico, VA. The role covers all PPBE phases, including budgeting, funding actions, and financial modeling.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• Minimum 6 years of DoD financial management experience.
• Working knowledge of the PPBE process, including POM development and budget execution.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to build and maintain financial models.
• Ability to prepare clear PowerPoint reports and briefings for program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial-management support across the PPBE process.
• Assist with daily and weekly financial execution and prepare execution reports.
• Track budget execution against the Budget Plan and OSD benchmarks.
• Generate Funding Action Requests and process them via DAI iProcurement.
• Analyze fiscal-year closeout and startup procedures; develop recommendations.
• Develop, maintain, and update spend plans.
