Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Marine Corps MAGTF C2 program office with senior-level financial management, budgeting, and PPBE execution. The role focuses on oversight, funding tracking, forecast development, and analysis to inform government decisions.

• The Senior Financial Analyst must hold an active Secret clearance and be eligible to maintain it.
• 12+ years of DoW financial management, budget analysis, PPBE, or defense program support.
• Extensive knowledge of PPBE processes and DoW/DoN policies.
• Experience preparing FARs, forecasts, spend plans, and financial reports.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior-level financial management, budget analysis, and PPBE support for MAGTF C2 programs.
• Monitor daily and weekly financial execution against budgets and benchmarks.
• Prepare, review, and process Funding Action Requests and supporting docs.
• Develop financial models, budget forecasts, spend plans, and reports.
• Track appropriated funds against budgets, requirements, and benchmarks.
• Support POM development, budget formulation, and resource planning.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses, variance assessments, and funding shortfall studies.
• Identify risks and gaps; recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare executive-level financial briefings and decision-support materials.
