Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Intermediate Management Analyst to support DoD WHS space and real property asset management in the NCR area. You will join SPD in delivering integrated program management, process improvements, and senior-level briefing materials.

Expect collaboration across functions, rigorous documentation, and a focus on efficiency and lifecycle management. The role requires a DoD Action Officer background, CATMS/Maximo experience, a SECRET clearance, and at least 10 years of relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Active SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience as an Action Officer within DoD or equivalent organization.
• Experience with CATMS and IBM Maximo for workflows and lifecycle management.
• Strong briefing and written report development for DoD decision-makers.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate across staff actions.

Responsibilities

• As part of a cross-functional portfolio management team, support multiple concurrent program/project management activities and add value in supporting operations.
• Support program office daily operations.
• Participate in SPD’s integrated continuous process improvement efforts. Perform supporting tasks in defining and implementing process improvement, business process reengineering, and organizational efficiency initiatives.
• Prepare and manage large amounts of information in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project in a shared environment across an office.
• Prepare information papers and briefing materials to senior DoD leaders.
• Apply knowledge in government contracting, budget, cost, and logistics.
• Coordinate diverse staff actions across the organization to ensure unity of effort.
