Job summary

Hive Group, a HUBZone-certified SDVOSB and multiple award-winning organization, seeks a Mid Level Management Analyst to support the Assessment Team for the OCS Theater Planning Team. You will drive capabilities requirements assessments, updates to FDUs, and synchronization of MOCS data, with CASCOM HQ as primary site in Fort Lee, VA.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required at start.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years Army force development experience (AR 71-32).
• 4+ years pulling data from FMSWeb.
• 3+ years working with MOCS and PAMWEB.
• Direct experience extracting and analyzing data from IPPS-A.
• 6+ years using Microsoft Office (O365) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Preferred: prior direct experience in OCS structures and planning.

Responsibilities

• Force Design & Assessment: conduct research and author FDU packages per AR 71-32.
• Stakeholder Coordination: maintain active lines of communication with TRADOC COEs and offices.
• Personnel & MOCS Management: analyze personnel data to propose OCS solutions and inputs for MOCS updates.
• Data & Visualization Tracking: extract data from FMSWeb/IPPS-A; update 3C Data Visualization Tool and position laydowns.
• Reporting: draft meeting summaries, memorandums, and strategic recommendations for the COR and OCS Division Chief.
