Job summary

ACQCENTRIC INC. is seeking a facilities analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency with facility and real property management and sustainment.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to plan maintenance and facility changes, support MILCON and SRM projects, and document actions for senior leaders. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one, a Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience or a Master’s with substantial experience, and proficiency in MS Office, Adobe,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s with 10+ years.
• US Citizenship and DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe software suites.
• Experience with sustainment management systems (SMS) including BUILDER and ISR-I.
• Strong analytic, technical writing, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced facilities analysis for facility and real property management and sustainment.
• Participate in site facilities working groups to plan maintenance and facility changes.
• Support MILCON and SRM projects with planning, documentation, and execution.
• Anticipate, plan, track, and document maintenance activities using BUILDER e-SMS and ISR-I.
• Review facility infrastructure and coordinate scope-of-work and plans.
• Coordinate government cost estimates and track project funding.
• Oversee contractor activities and review technical designs and submittals.
• Prepare executive briefing materials and decision documentation for senior levels.
