Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Training Curriculum Development & Training Cadre Lead to support cyber operations, workforce readiness, and exercise programs at DISA Fort Meade, MD. You will lead a cadre of training professionals, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality training aligned with mission requirements.

You will mentor staff, manage workloads, and serve as the primary interface with Leidos leadership, government stakeholders, SMEs, and operational units.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Current DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce Developer/Manager certification (Sec+).
• Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years prior experience or Master's with 6-10 years.
• Minimum 3 years in training, workforce development, or instructional design.
• Experience developing and delivering training curricula and content.
• Experience coordinating training programs, schedules, and records.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; able to interface with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cadre of training professionals for cybersecurity training and exercises.
• Manage team priorities, workloads, performance, and deliverables.
• Coach employees through feedback, cross-training, and certifications.
• Interface between training cadre, Leidos leadership, government stakeholders, SMEs, and operations.
• Plan and improve cybersecurity training and workforce readiness programs.
• Oversee curricula, instructional materials, schedules, certification tracking, and readiness metrics.
• Coordinate training cadre support for cybersecurity exercises and after-action reviews.
• Analyze training effectiveness and stakeholder feedback to identify gaps and improvements.
• Provide leadership with updates on team performance and program outcomes.
