Job summary

Leidos in Odenton, MD seeks a cyber operations specialist to support GSM-O II TN07 Joint Force Headquarters DODIN. The candidate will provide a stabilizing presence in a high tempo operations center and apply advanced defense expertise for senior command requirements.

Responsibilities include enterprise defensive strategies, analysis of architectures and policies, and delivering briefings to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligibility for C/I Polygraph.
• DoD 8750 IAT Level II certification and Security+ CE.
• Experience at Joint Command/Operations Center and in military planning.
• Strong knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, and network monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic enterprise defensive strategies for DoD cyber infrastructure.
• Analyze architectures, policies, and data to prevent, detect, and mitigate threats.
• Prepare and deliver briefings to senior leadership.
• Conduct cyber situational awareness and offer recommendations.
• Support cybersecurity across cloud, cross-domain, and endpoint environments.
