Job summary

By Light Professional IT Services LLC is seeking a Cyber Training Specialist to support DCDC and GSM-O II initiatives. You will develop training curricula, analyze performance objectives, and help ensure readiness for cyber operations across DoD missions.

Required are a Bachelor's degree with 4–8 years of experience and IAT Level II certifications (Security+, CySA+, CND, GSEC, SSCP, GICSP). Occasional travel may be needed to support exercise development events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4–8 years of applicable education and experience.
• IAT Level II and DoD cyber training knowledge are required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support exercise development events.

Responsibilities

• Provide cyber technical research and analysis to define training requirements and procedures for DCDC.
• Assist in planning, managing, conducting, and integrating the cyber training program and updating curriculum.
• Support standardization efforts and maintain training databases for accuracy and timeliness.
