You will oversee accounting, budgeting, cost control, and reporting, partnering with project teams to ensure contract accuracy and financial integrity. Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 8+ years in government contracting, and Deltek Costpoint proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 8+ years of government/DoD contracting accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFAR, CAS, and EVM principles.
• Experience managing contract financial compliance and reporting.
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial accounting and reporting activities to ensure CAS/FAR/DFAR compliance.
• Implement and manage Earned Value Management (EVM) systems.
• Prepare, review, and present financial statements and program performance reports.
• Lead audits with external and government auditors (DCAA/DCMA).
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, assets, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure contract compliance and cost accuracy.
• Utilize Deltek Costpoint for reporting, job costing, and compliance tracking.
• Support executive leadership in strategic financial planning.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team.
