Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years managing engineering projects within DoD or federal contracting environments.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, systems engineering, and program execution.
• Strong background in systems integration, SDLC, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, establish milestones, and ensure timely delivery within budget and compliance constraints.
• Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and strategic planning to mitigate project risks.
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.
• Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or Hybrid Agile) where applicable, ensuring iterative development and stakeholder alignment.
