Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a skilled Test Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products. You will work hands-on with multidisciplinary engineering teams to create production test stations, interface test adapters, harnesses, and supporting test hardware.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting across the design and integration lifecycle, producing drawings and analyses, and contributing to mission-critical defense systems.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years experience
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and/or testing
• Experience with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers and power meters

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on within multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.
• Create production test stations, interface test adapters (ITAs), harnesses, and supporting test hardware.
• Produce technical drawings, schematics, and circuit analyses that guide test system development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the design, development, and integration lifecycle — both independently and as part of a team.
