Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ seeks an engineer to design, develop, and integrate test products for DoD programs. This onsite role works in multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust lab and production test systems.

The candidate will develop interfaces, schematics, and test solutions, while managing costs and schedules. A STEM degree and hands-on electrical testing experience are required, along with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and ≥2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience in electrical engineering including troubleshooting and test.
• Familiarity with Altium, DX Designer, Mentor, Creo Schematic and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and integration of Raytheon test products.
• Develop engineering and production test systems, adapters, cabling, schematics.
• Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of projects.
• Uncover and resolve issues in development and implementation of test products.
