RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to join the Forest Consolidated Manufacturing Center in Forest, MS. You will ensure hardware is assembled to all drawing requirements and help create assembly instructions and process control documents.

This onsite role operates in a SCIF environment and requires a DoD Secret security clearance. A STEM Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of failure and root-cause

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in failure analysis, root cause analysis, corrective or preventive actions, or experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes
• Experience working with engineering drawings

Responsabilités

• Provide engineering support to ensure hardware is assembled per drawing requirements.
• Assist in providing information on use of manufacturing resources for assembling instructions.
• Help implement processes and provide input to new products, processes or standards in operational plans.
• Work in a SCIF environment.
• Participate in Root Cause analysis and CORE initiatives
• Gather data to create and maintain Assembly instructions, Routers and Process Control Documents.
