Job summary

LMI seeks an Action Officer for the DASW MR CATMS program based at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. The role supports DoD executive correspondence, reports, and congressional communications, requiring strong PM skills and DoD familiarity.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of program management experience, active Secret clearance (TS/SCI upgrade), excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced DoD environment with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Five years PM experience desired.
• DoD/federal executive support experience desirable.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and policies.
• Manage CATMS task tracker and prepare documents for signature.
• Coordinate with offices to review CATMS packages and run weekly calls.
• Respond to FOIA, DoDIG, GAO requests.
• Provide admin support including calendar, file management, roster updates.
• Assist with forms, training, accounts, equipment, onboarding.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and provide staff updates.
• Brief senior officials on CATMS status.
• Develop strategic communications and sustainment guidance.
• Review bills and legislation impacting sustainment operations.
