ISN is seeking an experienced DOD Capture Manager to lead the full lifecycle of capture efforts for DoD and federal opportunities in the Bethesda area. You will identify opportunities, develop strategies, and coordinate with proposal, pricing, contracts, and operations teams to shape winning solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in DoD contracting, capture management, and strong relationships with DoD stakeholders.

Formación

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in federal contracting and/or business development.
Proven capture management experience with DoD programs or related sectors.
Strong understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle and procurement processes.

Responsabilidades

Lead and manage the full capture management lifecycle for DoD and federal opportunities.
Identify, qualify, and develop new DoD opportunities and engage customers.
Develop capture strategies, win themes, and customer engagement plans.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to build compliant solutions.
Provide leadership updates to executives and maintain opportunity pipelines.
