Job summary

ISN is seeking an experienced DOD Capture Manager to lead the full lifecycle of capture activities for defense and federal government opportunities from opportunity identification to contract award.

The role requires strong background in DoD programs, business development, and federal contracting, with emphasis on background investigations or loan servicing programs and a solid grasp of acquisition processes. Bethesda, MD based hybrid work model offered.

• Experience in federal contracting and capture management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full capture management lifecycle for DOD and federal government opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the DOD market.
• Develop and execute capture strategies, win themes, competitive assessments, and customer engagement plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with DOD stakeholders, contracting personnel, program managers, and industry partners.
• Coordinate with proposal, pricing, contracts, operations, and technical teams to develop compliant solutions.
