We are seeking an experienced DoD business development leader to drive growth, manage relationships with senior government stakeholders, and lead capture planning from opportunity identification to proposal development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of DoD business development or related experience with a track record of winning new business.
• Technically fluent in autonomous systems, unmanned platforms, and AI-enabled software.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, and 30% travel availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead NODA's DoD business development strategy, driving growth across program offices and mission organizations.
• Operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment, creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
• Build trusted relationships with operators, acquisition professionals, and senior government stakeholders.
• Lead capture planning, forecasting, and pipeline management, including win themes and proposal development.
• Represent NODA at industry events and support customer demonstrations and operational exercises.
