Job summary

Kutta Technologies, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager or Director (depending on experience) to grow our presence with government military customers. The role focuses on full lifecycle software development opportunities, with DoD and DoW engagements. A Secret clearance is required and travel to tradeshows is expected.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners, brief customers on capabilities, and drive new business growth for the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 15+ years prior industry related business development experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities.
• Monitor data searches for potential RFI and RFPs within Kutta's core competencies.
• Engage the Proposal Team to support new BD efforts.
• Brief potential customers on Kutta's capabilities and core competencies.
• Travel to support tradeshows and develop new business; strong presentation skills.
• Manage Business Development and Bids/Proposal Budgets.
