Job summary

Kutta Technologies, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager or Director to grow our government IT capabilities with DoD customers, including CONUS and OCONUS opportunities.

The role requires leadership in identifying partnerships, managing BD initiatives, and coordinating with the Proposal Team to respond to RFIs/RFPs. Travel for tradeshows and presenting capabilities is expected; US citizenship and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizenship Required.
• 15+ years prior industry related business development experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
• Focused and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities
• Monitor data searches for potential RFI and RFPs within Kutta's core competencies
• Engage the Proposal Team to support new BD efforts
• Brief potential customers on Kutta's capabilities and core competencies
• Travel to support tradeshows and develop new business; strong presentation skills
• Manage Business Development and Bids/Proposal Budgets
