Job summary

Kutta Technologies, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager/Director to grow relationships with U.S. Department of Defense and related military customers. The role focuses on developing new business, managing bids, and engaging with partners. Secret clearance is required.

The ideal candidate will lead BD efforts, identify opportunities, and coordinate with the Proposal Team to respond to RFI/RFPs, travel for tradeshows, and present Kutta's capabilities to potential customers.

Qualifications

• Experience developing business with government military customers (CONUS/OCONUS).
• Experience in full life-cycle software development business development.
• Experience with government proposals.
• Experience with Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine or special operations.
• Knowledge of uncrewed/unmanned systems (UAV/UxV).
• Experience with DoW/DoD.

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities.
• Monitor RFIs and RFPs within Kutta's core competencies.
