The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
• Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs using various methods (classroom, demonstrations, on-the-job, meetings, conferences, workshops).
• Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
• Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on production processes and changes.
• Conduct and document Lessons Learned and Best Practice Reviews.
• Assess the impact of training programs.
• Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
