Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs to develop new programs or improve existing ones.
• Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs.
• Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
• Identify training needs via surveys and collaboration with management.
• Document Lessons Learned and Best Practices.
• Assess impact of training programs.
• Prepare training budgets for all departments.
• Develop training manuals and educational materials.
