Job summary

HireTalent is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Training & Documentation consultant with Industrial Engineer experience to develop and standardize training materials for manufacturing and warehouse operations.

You will spend time on the floor observing processes, engaging operators and experts, and translating processes into clear SOPs, work instructions, and OJT materials that improve training, quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing, warehouse ops, industrial training, or related field.
• Experience developing SOPs, work instructions, OJT documentation, or training materials.
• Ability to observe, map processes and translate into operator-friendly documentation.

Responsibilities

• Observe production and warehouse processes and document current practices.
• Create and maintain SOPs, standard work, job instructions, and OJT materials.
• Collaborate with Operations and Continuous Improvement to apply improvements.
• Support onboarding, training qualification tracking, and floor audits.
