Nationwide's Document Solutions team in Columbus, OH, seeks a Production Supervisor IV to lead a 12–15 associate unit responsible for document indexing and workflow processing, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and SLA achievement.

The role balances people leadership, operations, and continuous improvement, guiding changes, coaching staff, managing performance and budgets, and partnering with business partners to drive alignment and exceptional service.

• Experience leading teams in production operations or similar settings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet service-level objectives.
