Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Production Supervisor IV to lead a 12–15 person team in document solutions, focusing on indexing, workflow processing, and on-time delivery of services to multiple business partners. The role balances people leadership with operational execution in a dynamic environment.

You will influence process changes, coordinate priorities, and collaborate with partners to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to SLAs while supporting organizational transformation and change

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in production operations or similar environments.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance-management skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities while meeting service-level objectives.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads a team of 12–15 associates, ensuring timely processing and customer service.
• Assigns work, monitors performance, and drives continuous improvement.
• Addresses issues in technical aspects of the unit and provides status updates to leadership.
• Leads project teams and monitors progress of initiatives.
• Maintains processing records and analyzes reports to drive efficiency.
• Assists in budgeting, training needs, and staffing decisions.
