Zwicker & Associates, P.C. is seeking a Document Services Attorney to join our team in Andover, MA. The role supports litigation, regulatory matters, and internal investigations by reviewing and categorizing large volumes of documents for relevance, confidentiality, and privilege.

The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. A Massachusetts bar membership and familiarity with document review are preferred, with a 40-hour flexible

Qualifications

• Membership in good standing with the State Bar of Massachusetts.
• Strong analytical, problem identification, and resolution skills.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Dedication to high-quality work product.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collections experience preferred.
• Document review experience preferred.
• Able to communicate in a common language verbally and/or in writing.

Responsibilities

• Review and activate new accounts assigned to the firm.
• Review firm correspondence.
• Analyze and process reports to ensure proper workflow for clients and the firm.
• Coordinate, monitor, and quality-check the work performed by first-level reviewers.
• Utilize collection software to update and document account status.
• Comply with all standard operational procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
