The ideal candidate is a proven motivator with strong problem-solving skills, capable of driving accuracy, efficiency, and ethical compliance in a fast-paced litigation environment. This full-time position offers a base salary of $65,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to shape document workflows and staff development

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year management experience in a team setting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a litigation environment.
• Minimum 1 year drafting, formatting, and reviewing legal documents with accuracy.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a department and staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Above-average Excel knowledge including analysis, filtering, and VLOOKUP.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Commitment to ethics and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Assign work schedules and ensure compliance with firm policies.
• Train and ensure full knowledge of procedures for teams.
• Evaluate staff performance and report concerns to management.
• Track workflow activity and monitor team productivity.
• Motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment.
• Approve time off requests and manage time records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain strong ethics and compliance throughout operations.
