Job summary

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. in Andover, MA seeks a Document Services Manager to lead a dynamic team, streamline processes, and ensure high-quality document production for a national creditor rights firm. The role requires proven leadership, litigation experience, and strong ethics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year management experience in a team-oriented workplace.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a litigation environment.
  • Minimum 1 year experience drafting, formatting, and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, affidavits, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and its staff members.
  • Ability to effectively manage the work flow and staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong commitment to ethics and compliance standards.
  • Effective decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Above-average Excel knowledge, including analysis, filtering, and V-lookup.
  • Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing.
  • Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device.
  • Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule.
  • Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with the firm’s policies and procedures, client and firm work standards, and compliance policies.
  • Assign employees their work schedules and ensure they are followed.
  • Provide proper training and full knowledge of procedures for teams.
  • Evaluate employees on a regular basis and inform management of concerns.
  • Track and monitor activity of workflows for their teams.
  • Motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Monitor and forward time-off requests for approval and review time records.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Founded in 1991, Zwicker represents creditors in a variety of consumer and commercial recovery and litigation efforts. Zwicker is headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts, and maintains office locations throughout the United States.

Zwicker is presently seeking a Document Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader, proven to be a successful motivator of people and manager of processes. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are required. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter, detail oriented, and driven to perform.

The base salary for this position is $65,000 per year.

Responsibilities include
  • Comply with the firm’s policies and procedures, client and firm work standards, and compliance policies
  • Responsible for assigning employees their work schedules and ensuring they are followed
  • Responsible for the proper training and full knowledge of the procedures for his/her teams
  • Evaluate employees on a regular basis for performance and informing management of any concerns
  • Responsible for tracking and monitoring activity of workflows for their teams
  • Continually motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment
  • Monitor and forward time off requests for approval, review time records and schedule changes, ensuring coverage in their teams
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
