Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for scanning by organizing pages, removing staples, and binding as needed.
• Perform quality control on scanned batches, correcting document breaks and indexing errors.
• Ensure all pages are scanned with no missing or duplicate scans.
• Follow work processes to maintain output quality and process integrity.
• Examine documents to ensure quality images.
• Update training as procedures change and stay aligned with team goals.
• Meet output requirements defined by the team lead or supervisor.
• Ensure scanners and processing tools are operating correctly.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
