Job summary

Global Force USA in Irving, TX is seeking a Document Scanner/Prep/Processor for a contract assignment on a full-time, on-site basis. You will operate an industrial scanner, prep documents, and perform indexing and data entry with high attention to detail.

The role requires the ability to work quickly and independently, with a willingness to store personal items in a locker during shifts; start ASAP. Work hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be extremely detail-oriented.
• Data Entry and Indexing.
• Taking out staples, pre-ping documents, and boxing them.

Responsibilities

• Utilize an industrial-sized scanner.
• Scan confidential documents into the system.
• Data entry and indexing of scanned documents.
• Take out staples and pre-ping documents and place them in boxes.
• Maintain a fast-paced disposition and accuracy.
• Work independently with attention to detail.

Must be willing to put all belongings including cell phone in a locker during work times

Job duties:

As a Document Scanner/Document prepper, you will

• Utilize an industrial-sized scanner
• Scan confidential documents into the system
• Must be extremely detail-oriented
• Data Entry and Indexing
• You will be taking out the staples and pre-ping the documents and putting them in boxes
• Have a fast-paced disposition
• This person should be detail orientated and have the ability to work independently
