Job summary

Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency is seeking a Clerk in the Conversions department in Harrisburg, PA. The role involves organizing borrower files, reconstructing data for entry, and storing documents in a hybrid office setting.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with two hybrid onsite days per month. Salary is paid hourly with benefits and retirement eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Data Review and Processing: Organize and reconstruct borrower collateral and update COMPASS accordingly.
• Identify and research basic level processing errors.
• Resolve validation edits and respond to questions from business units.
• Track daily work by logging activities.
• Safeguard NPPI and maintain data privacy.
• Communication and Development: participate in team meetings and keep up to date on procedures.
• Cross-training to improve knowledge within the department.
