Job summary

RRD is hiring for a document production role focused on review, creation, and formatting of client documents. You will develop spreadsheets, charts, graphs, mail merges, and presentations to support brand tracking and project progress.

The position demands strong MS Excel and MS Office skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team setting while also handling independent tasks.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of MS Excel, including graphs, tables, formulas and automation.
• Advanced MS Office skills; formatting with Styles and TOC/TOA.
• Fast-paced team work with accuracy and quality focus.
• Strong keyboarding and typing speed with high reliability.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit legal documents to client specifications.
• Transcribe tapes, scan, clean, and convert documents between formats.
• Recover corrupted files and handle confidential information.
• Use document comparison tools to red-line and edit legal documents.
• Create formulas, charts, spreadsheets, and presentations for clients.
• Prioritize work requests and negotiate deadlines with clients.
