Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, document management systems, formatting tools, and data entry platforms.
• Experience with legal or corporate document production systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and format professional documents (contracts, briefs, pleadings, agreements).
• Ensure documents comply with style guides, formatting standards, branding, and client specs.
• Use tools to format, convert, and manage complex documents (track changes, redlining, TOC).
• Create and manage fillable forms using Word and Acrobat.
• Transcribe audio files, convert documents, and maintain professional presentation standards.
• Perform data entry and document input tasks with accuracy.
