Responsibilities

• Open, prepare, sort, batch, and QC documents accurately and timely.
• Sort documents and apply cover sheets as per procedures.
• Prepare documents to ensure imaging-ready quality and accuracy.
• Verify P.O. Box numbers and client/patient names for correct routing.
• Operate Marc cart to move document trays around the office.
• Maintain HiTRUST compliance and adhere to client-specific processing at a time.
• Attend to additional duties as assigned.
