Job summary

Trustmark is seeking a detail-oriented team member to join our Customer Promise, New Business and Billing operations in Chicago. You will handle mail, scan and upload documents, verify data, and create cases in Dynamics.

The role requires accuracy, organization, and adherence to production and quality standards while supporting process improvements. Responsibilities include reviewing undeliverable mail, processing checks, and indexing documents in G360.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Work environment with production and quality standards.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Search company records for requested information.
• Verify document acceptability for imaging.
• Receive and route incoming mail and scan/upload to systems.
• Create Dynamics cases and process undeliverable mail.
• Manage checks and refunds workflow across lockboxes and billing.
• Index and encrypt documents in G360; prepare to email Accident Policy Summaries.
• Update addresses in Dynamics; support process improvement.
