Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization required.
• Minimum 1 year of overall work experience.
• Preferred: 1 year each in Business-General, Customer Service, and Records Management.

Responsibilities

• Incoming and outgoing mail handling, sorting and delivering to recipients; prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment.
• Document imaging: prepare documents for scanning, operate imaging equipment, verify quality and index/store images.
• Offsite record storage and retrieval: prepare/record shipments to offsite storage and process retrieval requests.
