Job summary

Choice Staffing is seeking a Document Imaging Team Leader to guide a production team in a fast-paced mailroom environment. You will supervise a 12+ member crew, oversee scanning, data entry, and metadata checks while maintaining quality and meeting quotas.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills, with the ability to lift 35 pounds. Staff training and back-up support to supervisors are also part of the responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 12+ employees and ensure quotas are met.
• Oversee document prep, scanning on high-speed scanners, and metadata review.
• Ensure image quality, readability, and correction of issues as needed.
• Train new hires on DCS production processes and projects.
• Maintain accurate processing records and support DCS Supervisors as needed.
