Job summary

ARC Document Solutions in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee document scanning operations for paper-to-digital conversion projects. This role manages shift activities, ensures quality control, meets production deadlines, and improves labor efficiency.

You will participate in monthly profitability reviews and support the AIM Center Manager while supervising a team of about 40 employees and temporary staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or production experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and business guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute production plans and prioritize tasks based on cost and efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to set quality standards and procedures.
• Analyze reports to identify and resolve production issues.
• Adjust schedules and priorities due to equipment or workflow challenges.
• Coordinate shift transitions and monitor inventory levels.
• Lead a team of 40 employees and temporary staff.
• Train, assign, and evaluate team performance.
