Job summary

Choice Staffing, USA is seeking a Document Imaging Team Leader to oversee a fast-paced production mailroom environment. The role manages 12+ employees, ensures high-quality scanned images, and aligns output with customer specifications.

You will train new hires, maintain process records, and support DCS Supervisors as needed, while meeting established quotas on a daily basis. The position runs Monday through Friday, with a standard 9am–5:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Comfortable interacting and leading diverse work teams.
• Strong speaking, listening and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Experienced managing 12+ employees at a time.
• Prepping and scanning content according to customer specifications.
• Verifying image quality and readability.
• Addressing and correcting image quality issues as needed.
• Data entry and review of multiple metadata fields.
• Exporting images and associated metadata fields to a customer.
• Training new hires on the DCS production processes and projects.
• Acting as a back up to DCS Supervisors when conditions arise.
• Keeping accurate records of content that is being processed.
• Performing basic scanner maintenance.
• Reaching established quota targets for projects.
• Other duties as assigned by incumbent's Supervisor.

• Verifying image quality and readability
• Addressing and correcting image quality issues as needed
• Data entry and review of multiple metadata fields
• Exporting images and associated metadata fields to a customer

• Acting as a back up to DCS Supervisors when conditions arise

• Other duties as assigned by incumbent's Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reading, writing, and math skills to follow written instructions and to maintain records
• Comfortable interacting and leading diverse work teams
• Communicate effectively through strong speaking, listening and writing skills
• Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds, continuous requirement throughout the shift
• Work in a structured, fast-paced, production-mailroom environment without compromising quality
• Maintain a strong level of performance with minimal supervision
• Prioritization and time management skills
