Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Basic PC computer skills and ability to maintain record order and sequence.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for all document preparation and indexing, including sorting and preparing hard copy records for scanning according to specific client requests.
• Utilizing third-party software to scan hardcopy files into electronic images while ensuring quality output.
• Performing quality checks on all scanned documents and prepped records to ensure accuracy and address any quality issues as needed.
