Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Document Scanning Specialist for a four-week assignment at its Atlanta production facility. The role involves reviewing scanned documents for accuracy, arranging rescans, and ensuring proper indexing while maintaining confidentiality and data-security standards.

Responsibilities include identifying quality issues, coordinating with scanning operators, and meeting productivity targets with high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift 15-25 pounds.
• Basic computer and file-management skills required.
• Excellent teamwork and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Review scanned documents for legibility, accuracy, and completeness.
• Flag poor-quality images or missing content and arrange for rescanning.
• Confirm documents are correctly indexed and named.
• Identify and report recurring scanning errors to support process improvements.
• Work with scanning operators and team leads to resolve quality issues.
• Protect confidential information and follow HIPAA and data-security procedures.
• Meet productivity goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
